Frequently Asked Question
How do I Enroll My Dog?
It’s simple to get started. Complete the Application and Client Agreement online, or print them out and bring the completed forms to your Meet and Greet session. Next, obtain your dog’s vaccination records from your veterinarian—these are required for the Meet and Greet.

When you’re ready, call or email us to schedule your dog’s Meet and Greet appointment. Please note that visits must be arranged in advance, as we do not accept walk-ins. Be sure to bring your Application and Client Agreement (if you didn’t submit them online), along with your dog’s vaccination records, to the appointment.

Are the dogs supervised at all times?
Absolutely! The safety of our furry friends is our number one priority, so we will always supervise our guests and give plenty of lap time when necessary.
What is a Meet & Greet Session?
We require a Meet and Greet before starting any regular daycare or boarding visits. This initial session allows us to get to know your dog—and gives your dog a chance to get comfortable with us. During the visit, we conduct a temperament evaluation to ensure that daycare and/or boarding is a good fit for your furry friend. You can request a Meet and Greet by email or phone.

The session may last up to 5 hours. If you need your dog to stay with us for the full day, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate. Normal rates apply.
If an unexpected situation prevents you from scheduling a Meet and Greet before your dog’s stay, please give us a call. We’re always willing to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
